Is Thermage okay even if I don't have much facial fat? I'm worried about the elasticity of my jawline haha.

I was looking into lifting procedures, and this time I became curious about Thermage!
My face itself is on the slim side, but strangely, I'm only self-conscious about the area under my chin.
I looked into InMode and Shurink because of my double chin, but the more I researched, the more I realized that reducing fat and managing skin elasticity are different issues.
I don't want my whole face to lose volume; I just want the area around my jawline to become a little firmer haha.
So I'm looking into Thermage, and I'm wondering if it's worth getting a consultation even for someone who doesn't have much facial fat.
Could we determine during a consultation whether the lump under the chin is due to fat or skin elasticity?
Also, I understand that Thermage uses radio frequency, but I am curious to know how it differs from InMode or Shurink, even though they are also lifting procedures!
As a nurse, my work schedule tends to be irregular, so I would also like to know how much swelling or redness can occur after the procedure.
If I want to manage only jawline elasticity without drastically changing my face shape, what criteria should I use when choosing a procedure?
