I have fine horizontal wrinkles below my collarbone and on the upper part of my chest. Is it possible to get a firming consultation for the décolleté as well?

I have been taking good care of my face and neck, but recently, after wearing a low-cut top, I noticed several shallow horizontal lines forming on the upper chest area below my collarbone. As the weather has gotten colder, the skin in this area feels unusually dry and thin; when I wake up after sleeping on my side, the wrinkles remain more pronounced and only fade much later. Since I usually only know about lifting procedures for the face, I am unsure if the décolleté area is also a candidate for consultation, or if I should focus on moisturizing or skin boosters first.
Are fine lines on the décolleté below the clavicle included in the lifting consultation?
- How do you distinguish between wrinkles caused by loss of elasticity and wrinkles caused by dryness in this area during a consultation?
- How is the order or scope determined when consulting for the face, neck, and décolleté together?
- How can I manage wrinkles caused by sleeping on my side through my daily habits?
