My jawline is sagging. Please recommend a first lifting procedure for beginners!

As the weather gets colder, my skin has become extremely dry, and I can feel a significant loss of elasticity. Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, my jawline doesn't look the same as it used to, and the skin under my chin feels like it's sagging slightly. It bothers me because my face looks round and big overall. In the past, my jawline was quite neat and defined whether viewed from the front or the side, but lately, the boundary between my jaw and neck seems to be blurring, so I am looking into lifting procedures.
I don't have a lot of fat under my chin, so rather than an overly aggressive procedure, I want something that naturally enhances my lines and improves elasticity. I would like to know the exact difference between ultrasound lifting treatments like Shurink or Ulthera and procedures like InMode that address both fat and elasticity.
I am also curious about the pain during the procedure, and how long the swelling, negative pressure marks, or bruising last afterward. Will it be mild enough to allow me to go to work or resume my daily life without significant difficulty?
I am also curious about how many sessions are typically needed and at what intervals to receive treatments effectively from late autumn through winter. If there are any procedures that are good for a light first lifting treatment without pain or financial burden, I would appreciate recommendations and tips from those who have experienced them!
