As we age, we become more concerned about sagging jawline. What are some effective ways to manage it?

Every time I look in the mirror, I'm concerned about my jawline becoming more blurred and sagging. I'm wondering if the sagging jawline, despite not having changed much in weight, is simply fat or if it's due to a loss of skin elasticity. I'd also like to know if it's possible to improve sagging jawline with just massage or exercise at home, or if I should consider a lifting procedure. Sagging jawline, which becomes especially noticeable as I age, is particularly concerning. What are effective ways to manage it?
