I'm seriously considering body lifting to get rid of the flab and elasticity in my arms and thighs that exercise alone can't fix.
I'm curious about which treatment would be right for me. From what I've researched, there are body-lifting methods like Ulthera and Shurink that use high-intensity focused ultrasound, as well as methods that use radiofrequency to generate deep heat and stimulate collagen regeneration.
I would like to ask what body lifting equipment you recommend for each area (arms, thighs, etc.) and how long the treatment lasts.
