Is body lifting effective?

As I get older, I feel upset that not only my face, but also my arms and stomach are not as elastic as they used to be.

 

As I get older, I see that my body loses elasticity just like my face, so I've been increasingly interested in body lifting procedures.

 

I'm seriously considering body lifting to manage areas that are limited by exercise alone, and I think it would definitely help to get some lines.

 

Has anyone in my age group ever had a body lift, especially on areas like the knees or inner arms? I'm curious to know if it's painful and how long the results actually last.
