I want to refine my facial contours. Is InMode painful?

I am considering booking an InMode appointment because I notice sagging skin on my double chin and deep cheeks every time I look in the mirror. I am aware of how famous the results are, but since I am quite a coward, my biggest concern is the level of pain involved in the procedure. I am wondering if it is bearable if numbing cream is applied, or if I should consider general anesthesia. I would also like to know in advance how long bruising or swelling lasts after the procedure. As a working professional, I have to go to work the very next day, so if the swelling is mild enough to be covered with makeup, I would like to book an appointment right away.
