Tomorrow is finally the day I have my Shurink Universe appointment, and I am wondering if there are any contraindications I need to observe before and after the procedure. Would it be okay to have a light drink or a glass of beer on the night of the procedure without any major issues?

Also, I think I saw a warning that using water that is too cold or too hot when washing your face after receiving the Shrink Universe treatment reduces its effectiveness, so I am being cautious.
