I have white sebum buildup around my nose and severe blackheads. Can you recommend an effective treatment?

Lately, I am very concerned because the whiteheads—small, bumpy sebum deposits—and the blackheads embedded deep within my nose and butterfly zone have become so severe. They stand out every time I look in the mirror, so I keep squeezing them with my fingers or using nose strips, but the relief is only temporary, and it feels like my pores are actually getting wider.

I am extremely stressed, especially after applying makeup in the morning, because white sebum clumps up around my nose and looks messy and flaky. Even after thoroughly scrubbing with cleansing oil and using exfoliating products, the sebum builds up again after a few days, making it seem like my sebum production isn't being properly controlled. It feels impossible to achieve smooth skin on my nose with home care alone, so I am considering getting a dermatological procedure.
