Are there separate procedures for managing double chin or jawline fat?

Lately, I've been really self-conscious about my jawline.
I think I'm getting a double chin... and it bothers me every time I take a picture.
Even though I've been using a gua sha tool to take care of it as much as possible every time, it doesn't seem to be improving easily.
By any chance, can I get the procedure done on a double chin or jawline fat?
I'm curious if you have a special secret for managing this.
I don't have a lot of facial fat, but maybe it's because my chin sag particularly much.
I find myself getting into fights more often these days ㅠㅠ
When I apply makeup, I use shading and so it gets covered up reasonably well, but from the start...
It shows in photos, so I've been paying more attention to it lately.
I would like to be able to receive separate treatments, so I am also considering facial contouring.
If there are any dermatological procedures, I am also considering that.
