My skin suddenly feels dry and lacks elasticity. Should I start by changing my home care routine?

피부가 갑자기 푸석하고 탄력도 떨어진 느낌인데 홈케어부터 바꿔야 할까요?

In the past, I didn't really care about my skin even if I just applied basic skincare haphazardly, but lately, my skin feels different right after washing it. My cheeks are particularly dry, yet the area around my nose is shiny. When I apply makeup, my skin texture looks uneven, so I find myself self-conscious every time I look in the mirror. Fine lines are more noticeable than before, and my skin looks overall listless and saggy. However, I'm still hesitant to get cosmetic procedures right away, so I'm thinking of properly changing the products I use at home first. But there are so many types of products that I don't know what to choose. I've heard that ingredients like retinol and Vitamin C are good, but since my skin is sensitive, I'm afraid it might break out immediately if I use the wrong ones. I'm also wondering if it would be better to try basic skincare or treatment programs at a dermatologist's office first. Online, I see all sorts of treatments like "water glow," "soothing," "LDM," and "aqua peel," but just looking at the names, I don't know what the differences are between them. I'm not looking for a dramatic transformation of my face, but rather an improvement in condition where my skin texture becomes smoother and makeup applies better. Given this goal, which treatment should I consult about first? For those of you who have consistently received skin care, I am also curious how you combined home care with professional treatments. I am being cautious because I'm worried that starting everything at once might just make my skin more sensitive.
