When dead skin cells become hard and cracked, will receiving exfoliation be effective?
Lately, I have noticed a worsening sensation of hard, flaky dead skin cells building up and cracking. Usually, applying moisturizer would soothe the skin to some extent, but perhaps because my skin has become more sensitive lately, the effect doesn't last long. Especially since it is summer, with increased sweating and sebum production, as well as strong UV rays, it seems my skin is getting irritated and drying out more easily.
So, I feel like I need professional exfoliation, and I am looking into the exfoliation program offered by Maypure. After researching here and there, I became interested because I heard many people say that it makes the skin texture smoother and improves makeup application.
However, since my skin is thin and sensitive, I am wondering if it is suitable for me and if post-procedure care is difficult. If anyone has tried an exfoliation program, it would be very helpful if you could share how much skin improvement you actually saw and how satisfied you were.
