Does it definitely have a lower recurrence rate and clearer tone than toning alone?

확실히 단독 토닝보다 재발률이 낮고 톤이 맑아지는지요?

When I went for a consultation at Maypure, I was told that my melasma is complex, not just on the surface but spread deep into the dermis. Since the blood vessels dilate to supply nutrients to the melasma, I was devastated to hear that simply burning off the pigment on the surface would result in a 100% recurrence. They advised that to prevent the pigment from rising, I need to eliminate the abnormal microvessels beneath the melasma and strengthen the skin barrier, recommending that I combine radiofrequency laser treatment with toning. Since it is a radiofrequency procedure involving micro-needles, I expect it to be quite painful, and the cost is significantly higher than regular toning, so I am hesitant. Has anyone tried combining laser treatment with melasma treatment? Is the recurrence rate definitely lower and does it make the skin tone clearer compared to toning alone? Would it be better to do them together the first time?
