Which is better for improving hollowness under the eyes, fillers or fat redistribution?
Lately, when I take photos, the area under my eyes looks particularly sunken and shadowed, like dark circles, so I'm worried. Even on days when I'm not feeling bad, people often tell me I look tired, so I started looking into under-eye procedures. I found that there are under-eye fillers to add volume to sunken areas and under-eye fat repositioning to redistribute bulging fat, but I'm not really sure what the difference is.
If my main concern is hollowness rather than significant under-eye fat protrusion like mine, would fillers be a more suitable option? I am wondering if fat redistribution can also improve the sunken areas. I am a bit worried because I have heard that fillers need to be re-injected over time, and that the results might not look natural since the skin under the eyes is thin.
I would like to know which of the two methods actually yields higher satisfaction, and what I should check before the procedure. Rather than opting for a major procedure, I want to find a method that is tailored to my eye condition, is less burdensome, and offers natural improvement. I would appreciate advice from those with experience!

💊 My neck wrinkles look deeper during the change of seasons~ What kind of treatment should I get?[2]
CommentsThere are definitely limits to neck wrinkles with home care alone. Since wrinkles seem to stand out more during seasonal changes due to dryness, please make sure to moisturize well. Also, because the appropriate treatment varies depending on each individual's neck condition, I recommend asking about the treatment frequency and duration of the results during the consultation!170026.11.03 - 03CommentsI've been worried lately because my cheeks have been itchy and red, just like yours, so it's great to hear your story. I've heard that it's better to hydrate with a serum first rather than using an oily cream, so it might be a good idea to get some advice!190026.11.03
- 01CommentsIf it stings even after applying moisturizing cream, it might indicate that your skin barrier is weakened rather than just being dry. If it were me, instead of getting a skin booster right away, I would consider reducing the use of irritating products for a while, stabilize your skin condition with soothing care, and then think about the procedure.350026.10.30
