What information do you prepare regarding medications and supplements before a hair loss treatment consultation?

Hello. I am a 35-year-old woman concerned about acne, enlarged pores, fine lines, and hair loss. I would like to inquire about how to organize the medications and supplements I am currently taking before consulting about hair loss management. I have not decided on a specific treatment yet, and I would like to find out about the safety measures I should check first given my situation.

Would it be advisable to prepare the product names and ingredient lists for not only prescription medications but also over-the-counter drugs taken only when needed, as well as vitamins and hair supplements? I am curious to know which information is essential for the consultation, such as dosage, frequency of use, and when the medication was started. I would also like to know to what extent I should disclose information regarding products I have recently discontinued.

Also, when comparing oral treatments, topical treatments, and scalp care, are the precautions to be checked in conjunction with existing medications different? Can I be informed in advance about items that need to be disclosed before selecting a treatment, such as pregnancy plans or breastfeeding status? I would like to confirm these matters one by one during the consultation rather than making arbitrary judgments.

It would be helpful for my preparation if you could inform me of the procedure for coordinating with the prescribing facility before the consultation or examination, and avoiding stopping medication and supplements on my own if necessary.
