Please tell me about dermatological procedures that help with acne on my chin!

These are products for my chin right now. I squeezed one out and it got a little better, but the other one doesn't help at all because it's so big.

Please let me know which method would be best.

A yellow bump appeared last night, so I gently poked it with a cotton swab, but it was too big, so I don't think the pimple lump came out. Is it okay to get an anti-inflammatory injection even in this case?

Also, my entire skin isn't acne-prone, but would it be effective to get an acne-specific PPT treatment or a session that includes extractions? Or would it be better to get other treatments while focusing specifically on the acne-prone areas?
