How do you differentiate between inquiries regarding photos after Maypure acne treatment and situations requiring an in-person visit?
I am writing to Maypure to inquire about acne care, as I am looking into treatment options and would like to understand not only the types of procedures but also how to contact them afterward. I have not experienced any actual discomfort following the treatment; this is a general question to understand the follow-up procedures and contact guidelines before a consultation.
Does Maypure have a channel where I can consult via photos first when inquiring about redness or dryness after treatment? If I submit photos, I would like to be informed of the specific information I need to provide, such as the date of treatment, when changes began, and the products used. I am also curious if you recommend an in-person consultation if it is difficult to assess the condition due to lighting or image quality.
Also, how do you differentiate between changes that can be observed until the next appointment and symptoms that require contacting us without waiting? I am not trying to substitute photos for a diagnosis, but I am asking to ensure I do not miss the appropriate time for treatment. If the Maypure consultation provides information for after returning home and contact methods to refer to outside of operating hours, please let me know.
