My skin is dry, but I get pimples on my chin. I would like to ask if it is still manageable even after the age of seventy.

Hello. I am an office worker over seventy.
As the weather gets colder, my face feels dry and tight, and small pimples keep popping up on my chin. I am attaching a photo.
I shave every morning, but a pimple gets caught in the razor blade, stings, and doesn't heal well.
I am wondering if there is a way to manage dry skin and breakouts at the same time.
I would also like to ask if you view acne care for young people differently from chin trouble care for older people.
If I receive treatment at the hospital, I would like to know how often I should visit and how long the redness lasts afterward. This is important to me because I am currently working.
I would also appreciate it if you could let me know what precautions I should take when shaving or washing my face at home. Please reply.
