What is the best treatment for acne?

I am writing to inquire because I have been getting recurring acne around my mouth recently and am considering dermatological treatment.

I frequently get red acne and small blemishes around my lips and chin, and I am concerned because red marks remain even after they subside. I have tried changing my skincare products, but it hasn't improved much and tends to recur in the same areas.

The irritation is particularly bothersome around the mouth area even after applying makeup or washing my face, and it does not easily subside even if I try not to touch it with my hands.

I am curious whether this is simply acne or if there is a possibility of other skin conditions. I would like to consult about the appropriate treatment method for my current condition, the expected duration and cost, and whether a prescription or procedure is necessary.
