Please tell me what is effective for managing acne scars!

Could you possibly recommend anything effective for managing acne scars? ㅠㅠ I used to have pretty fair skin.

I had a breakout recently, and the acne scars just won't go away. I extracted the pimples and they cleared up, but it seems like the marks and scars will last a long time. How can I get rid of them quickly?

Please give me your opinion on whether something like laser toning would be effective. I'm not sure if you can see it in the photo, but the mark isn't red anymore; it's a dark color somewhere between brown and black.

For reference, I am protecting myself from UV rays by applying sunscreen to my feet.

Neither foundation nor BB cream covers it T_T I haven't tried using concealer T_T
