I don't have any blemishes, but I keep seeing fine bumps on my cheeks.
I rarely get severe breakouts, but I am concerned because there are fine, bumpy areas on the inside of my cheeks and around my nose. When I touch it, it isn't very rough, but my skin isn't completely smooth; it feels like there are small granules on it.
I'm not sure if it's milia or just sebum, and I'm not touching it because I'm afraid I might get breakouts if I squeeze or scratch it at home.
When I use an exfoliating product, it seems to make my skin soft for a while, but after a few days, it goes back to looking the same.
Should I consult a skincare specialist for acne in this case as well? I am also curious if it is possible to determine whether the condition is caused by sebum buildup in the pores or if the skin simply looks rough due to dryness. I would like to know if extraction is necessary or if other treatments are more suitable.
