What could be the reason I always get small blemishes on the side of my nose?
I don't tend to get a lot of acne all over my face, but strangely, small blemishes keep appearing next to my nose and where my cheeks start.
It seems that as soon as one sinks, another rises nearby, so the period of complete cleanliness does not last long.
If I use only soothing products without touching it with my hands, it subsides after a few days, but sometimes it still feels like sebum has accumulated in that spot.
Could the recurring appearance in the same spot be due to sebum or dead skin cells constantly accumulating inside the pores?
I am also wondering if keeping pores clean through skincare can help reduce the frequency of recurrence.
I would also like to know whether it is better to manage it for preventative purposes when there are no issues, or to manage it when breakouts occur.
