Do I have to squeeze out all the small millet seeds to get rid of them?
I have small, millet-like bumps on my cheeks and around my nose, so I am looking into acne management. I am wondering if I absolutely need to extract them.
I heard before that extraction is painful and can leave marks, so if possible, I would like to try methods that do not irritate the skin too much.
What is currently there is not red or inflamed blemishes; if you look closely, it just looks like the surface of the skin is bumpy.
Is it common to extract them one by one even in this condition? Or I am curious if people try other treatments first to allow sebum and dead skin cells to be naturally cleared away.
Rather than trying to get rid of them completely, I want to manage them to prevent new ones from forming. What kind of consultation would be best?
