I have a massive breakout of bright red, pustular adult acne around my cheeks. Can I go for a scaling treatment? ㅠㅠ

Seriously, my skin must have gone crazy lately. My cheeks and the surrounding areas have completely exploded with huge, bright red, pustular acne and inflamed breakouts. It’s totally broken out ㅠㅠ. It burns and feels incredibly painful even with just a light touch, to the point where I absolutely cannot go out without makeup lol. I’m worried that if I just leave it like this, it’s 100% going to leave scars, so I’m planning to go to a dermatologist to get a full treatment package that includes sebum extraction, acne scaling, and anti-inflammatory injections! If you have sensitive skin like mine that is extremely red and full of pus...
