I don't even have acne from my teenage years, but ever since becoming an adult, it keeps popping up, and it's driving me crazy...
Once it appears, it is painful, hard-form pustular acne that is difficult to squeeze. Even when it finally subsides, it leaves dark red marks or hyperpigmentation in its place, making my entire face look patchy. It seems to get worse whenever I am stressed or during my period.
I’ve tried every product that claims to be good for acne, but just when it seems to subside for a while, new breakouts keep popping up from deep inside, so home care just isn't enough to handle it!!!
I think I eventually need to get professional dermatological treatment, but I'm not sure if I should focus on scaling, laser treatment, or start with medication.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know which one is the most effective!
