What is the most effective way for office workers to manage acne?
My skin condition has noticeably worsened because I work late and have irregular sleep schedules due to work.
I am particularly worried because I keep getting small pimples around my forehead and chin, and occasionally large, painful inflammatory acne breaks out. Even when I try to cover them up with makeup every morning, my bumpy skin shows through, and by the afternoon, oil starts to rise, causing my makeup to break down messily.
Since I have a job, it is difficult to visit a dermatologist frequently, and even if I do get a procedure, I am concerned about long recovery times or lingering red marks. That is why I am looking into acne treatments that can be received without significantly interfering with my daily life.
Please let me know which treatment is needed first: acne extraction or anti-inflammatory injections. I am also curious if procedures like Aqua Peel or acne lasers are helpful for recurring acne breakouts. Please provide the costs and recommended intervals for each treatment. As a working professional, please recommend acne treatments that are convenient to receive after work and allow for consistent care. Also, please let me know when I can apply makeup or return to work after the procedure!
