I am wondering if I can receive a consultation regarding LDM treatment for redness and sensitive skin.

Lately, my cheeks have become easily red and sensitive from alternating exposure to the heater air and the cold outside wind.
The photo was taken from the side. There is redness on the cheek, and the skin looks rough.
I noticed an ultrasound treatment called LDM in the Maypure treatment description. I would like to know if I can receive a consultation for it to soothe redness or sensitive skin. I would also like to know if it is less irritating than lasers.
I would like to ask if there are cases where the skin is soothed with LDM first before receiving Pico Toning or skin texture treatments. I am also curious about how the interval and number of sessions are determined.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if it is okay to apply makeup and go to work immediately after the treatment, and if there are any other helpful at-home treatments you can do as well. I also plan to mention that I experience prolonged redness after washing my face during the consultation.
