Are there cases where people with dry skin get Skin Botox? I'm debating if the dewy glow look suits me better.

I have naturally dry skin, so my cheeks get really dry starting in late autumn. I was interested in water glow injections and was looking into them when I saw that skin Botox was also mentioned a lot, so I was confused about the difference between the two.
I looked it up and heard that Skin Botox is often used to treat pores or oiliness, but I'm wondering if people with dry skin like mine also get it. I'm worried that if I get Skin Botox since I have dry skin, it might feel even drier. I'm also curious if there are people who get both Aqua Injections and Skin Botox together.
Also, I have melasma on my cheeks that appeared after pregnancy, and I would like to know if it is okay to receive injection treatment in this area. My skin tends to break out every now and then during seasonal changes, so would it be better to postpone the treatment when my condition is bad?
