I feel like my pores are getting larger and my skin is losing elasticity during the late autumn transition period. Could I get a consultation for skin Botox?

Hello. As late autumn arrives and the temperature difference between morning and evening widens, my skin seems to have become more sensitive due to internal dryness. In particular, when I look in the mirror, the pores around my nose and cheeks appear more enlarged than before. They also feel like they have lost their firmness and are slightly sagging, so they are difficult to conceal even with makeup these days. I have been consistently applying a pore-tightening home care ampoule, but since the results feel slow, I would like to consult about cosmetic procedures as well. I previously heard that "Skin Botox" helps with pore and oil control; would it be possible to consult about it even with the loss of pore elasticity during this transitional season? I am also curious about the procedure duration and level of pain, when I can resume washing my face or exercising afterward, and how long the effects typically last. I would also like to ask if I can continue using the ampoule and sunscreen I am currently using, and what the optimal treatment schedule is. I would appreciate a consultation. Thank you.
