My pores look bigger and saggier during the change of seasons. Would Skin Botox be effective?
As the weather has gotten colder lately, my skin condition seems to have changed a lot.
My face feels dry and tight in the morning, but by the afternoon, oil starts to build up around my nose and cheeks, making my pores look particularly large.
In particular, my pores, which used to look round, now appear elongated vertically, so I am worried that my skin elasticity might have decreased.
I have been consistently using ampoules that are supposed to be good for pores and working hard on moisturizing, but my pores still stand out whenever I wear makeup.
So recently, I've been looking into skin Botox treatments.
I heard that unlike regular Botox, it is injected shallowly into the skin to improve sebum secretion, fine lines, and skin texture. I am wondering if it would be helpful for someone like me who has enlarged pores and reduced elasticity.
My skin is particularly dry and sensitive, so I am worried that the tightness might worsen or the redness might linger for a long time after the procedure.
I would also like to know how painful the skin Botox procedure is, and how many small injection marks or embossing remain on the face.
Since I work, I am wondering if I can wash my face or apply makeup on the day of the procedure, and when I can start exercising again.
I would also like to know when the effects appear and how long they last. I am also wondering if my pores look less noticeable after just one treatment, or if I need to repeat the treatment at regular intervals.
Can I continue using the pore ampoule or sunscreen I usually use after the procedure? I am also wondering if I should temporarily stop using exfoliating products.
Has anyone by any chance received Skin Botox to improve pore elasticity or skin texture?
Please give me an honest review regarding how much your pores have actually improved and whether you experienced any dryness or skin irritation.
It might be difficult to completely eliminate pores, but I think I would be satisfied if my skin texture looked a little smoother when I wore makeup haha.
