Will I be able to see results even with a square jaw like this?

hello! I'm incredibly stressed these days because every time I look in the mirror, my jawline looks heavy and angular.

In particular, when I take photos, the tip of my chin and the square jaw area below my ears look uneven and bumpy, which has made my complex worse.
