What procedures can improve sunken cheeks?

Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I am bothered by the fact that the sides of my cheeks look sunken. It isn't very noticeable from the front, but when I take photos of my profile or from a slightly side angle, the area below my cheekbones looks hollow, making my facial contours look uneven. It feels like my face has lost weight compared to before, or perhaps I have lost volume as I get older.
I am curious whether sunken cheeks are caused by a lack of facial fat or by a loss of skin elasticity. In this case, can it be naturally improved by receiving volume treatments like fillers or Juvelook? Alternatively, I would like to know if it is better to manage the sagging areas first with a lifting procedure.
Personally, rather than making my face look plump, I would prefer to have the sunken areas filled in appropriately to achieve a softer facial shape. I am concerned that the side cheeks might make my face look wider depending on the results. I would appreciate it if the clinic staff could answer whether the recommended procedure varies depending on the cause, as well as regarding the duration of the results and potential side effects.
