I have several horizontal lines on my forehead. How should I manage them?

Lately, I've been really worried about the horizontal wrinkles on my forehead. At first, they were only visible when I raised my eyebrows or tensed my forehead, but at some point, faint horizontal lines started remaining even when I wasn't making any facial expressions. It bothers me particularly because two or three lines are clearly visible under lighting. I thought that moisturizing sufficiently might help, but there hasn't been as much change as I expected.
I am curious whether horizontal forehead wrinkles are caused by frequent use of facial muscles or if they deepen as skin elasticity decreases. Can existing wrinkles be improved with standard forehead Botox alone? Or should I consider procedures like skin boosters or fillers in conjunction?
I am concerned because I heard that if Botox is injected incorrectly on the forehead, it can make the eyebrows or eyelids feel heavy. I would appreciate advice from hospital staff on whether treatment methods vary depending on wrinkle depth and skin condition, and which procedure I should consult first to naturally alleviate horizontal forehead wrinkles.
