클렌징 오래하면 더 건조하죠 저도 그래서 오랜시간은 안하려고해요
These days, with the seasonal transitions overlapping, my skin is really in sensitive boss mode... ㅠㅠ I only came to my senses after going through a complete overhaul and completely reorganized my routine. The first thing I did was shorten my cleansing time! I thought my skin needed to be squeaky clean to be clean, but that was all a mistake. I lather up a lot, gently roll my face for under 30 seconds, and rinse right away. Instead, in the evening, I just use a mild cleansing water to apply sunscreen. Just by changing this, my redness has been reduced significantly.
And the answer to calming products is not to be greedy… If you apply everything that's said to be good for your skin, your skin will get even angrier. LOL I only use three things: toner → calming ampoule → barrier cream. Especially for the cream, don't use something oily, but something with ceramides. Apply thinly several times! It absorbs much better and causes less breakouts than applying a thick layer once.
One thing that surprisingly worked was changing my pillowcase frequently. I change it at least every three to four days. It's a hassle, but it makes a huge difference. They say that breakouts around the chin and cheeks are almost always a result of friction and bacteria, and it seems to be true. I'm also trying to break the habit of touching my face by keeping hand sanitizer on my desk and making a conscious effort not to.
Lastly, when I get a breakout, I never squeeze it right away. Instead, I wrap an ice pack in gauze and let it sit for a minute or two before applying a spot product. If you touch it unnecessarily, the mark will last longer. ㅠㅠ I know sleep is the most important thing, but if you're working overtime... try to spend at least 30 minutes before bed focusing on your skin without looking at your phone. It definitely makes a difference in the speed of recovery.
Let's all get through the sensitive skin season together... Honey skin never betrays effort, haha
