I'm practicing diet control and reducing sugar... It's hard, but I'm doing it.
After the Lunar New Year holidays, many people experience skin problems due to greasy foods, right? I also enjoy fried foods, meat, and especially sweet desserts, but I've been acutely aware that these foods can cause skin inflammation. So, I've been practicing "reducing sugar intake" lately. Since I've been avoiding foods high in refined sugar, I've definitely seen a decrease in the number of skin breakouts.
Instead, I try to eat plenty of vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables. I especially enjoy nuts rich in omega-3s, which gives my skin a natural glow. I think it's true that you're what you eat. While I sometimes succumb to the temptation of chicken or bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread), I can feel my skin feeling much better just by paying a little attention to my diet, so it's a habit I can't give up.
