Here's a real review of the Potenza I finally decided to splurge on lol (pain story)

Nice to meet you! Haha. I've been lurking on the community lately, but I'm finally writing a review myself. I work as a Project Manager in the IT industry, and due to the nature of my job, I often work late nights and get hit directly by the office heaters and air conditioners. It felt like my skin barrier had completely broken down. My redness got worse, and my skin texture became so bumpy that it reached a point where even makeup couldn't cover it up. ㅠㅠ So, I finally mustered up the courage to get a consultation at a dermatologist. The director recommended Potenza, saying it was perfect for my skin condition, so I paid for it right away! ㅋㅋ

To be honest, before the procedure, I had heard so many rumors about how excruciating the pain of Potenza was that I was really regretting it inside. As I lay there with the numbing cream applied, I felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. But once the Potenza treatment actually started, I found it more bearable than I expected. It did sting a bit every time the tip touched my skin, but compared to other lasers I've had before, perhaps because the doctor carefully controlled the speed, it wasn't painful enough to bring tears to my eyes.

I was flustered right after the procedure because my face turned bright red like a burning sweet potato, but after receiving soothing care and applying ice packs at home, the redness subsided significantly starting the next day. What I was most looking forward to after the Potenza treatment was pore tightening in the butterfly zone and overall skin texture improvement. Surprisingly, after about a week, I could distinctly feel my skin becoming soft with my fingertips when washing my face.

Of course, since I've only had one session, my pores haven't dramatically disappeared yet, but the way my foundation applies in the morning has completely changed. It made me realize why everyone spends money on skincare treatments. If you're a working professional like me struggling with skin texture or redness, I gently recommend giving Potenza a try without hesitation. I'll make sure to consistently get the remaining sessions as well!
