Do people get fillers dissolved often, too? ㅠㅠㅠ

This is exactly the scariest part of considering fillers. I heard that if you don't like the results after getting them, you can get an injection to dissolve them, and I'm worried because I've heard that there are more people than I thought who need to have their fillers dissolved. I started this simply because I wanted to look pretty, but the thought of having to dissolve them again if something goes wrong is really terrifying.

I'm worried that if I get fillers, it might look too excessive or cause asymmetry. I'm especially hesitant because I've heard that lip and chin fillers are very noticeable, haha. I want to keep it natural, but I'm worried it might look more exaggerated than I expected once I actually get them. Since it's my first time getting fillers, I'm even more scared.

I heard that dissolving fillers costs extra and involves swelling and pain. Is that really true? I think it would be too difficult if I get fillers only to have to dissolve them and get them injected again. I'm especially scared because I've seen reviews saying the dissolving process is more painful than expected.

I've heard that it's most important to start with just a little bit to look natural. Is that actually true? I've heard that getting greedy and putting in too much leads to the biggest regret. That is why I want to be very careful about my first filler treatment.

If anyone has actually gotten fillers and then had them dissolved, please share your experience!! Also, please give me some tips on how to get a natural-looking result right from the start~~
