I want to know how to care for my skin after Pico Toning.
I am writing to inquire about post-Pico Toning care. I am considering getting Pico Toning because of pigmentation concerns, but I am worried that my skin might become even more sensitive than with laser treatments if I don't manage the post-procedure care properly.
My skin is usually on the dry side, so if I don't moisturize immediately after washing my face, it feels tight, and if I don't apply sunscreen thoroughly, it feels like my blemishes get darker quickly.
I heard that I need to pay more attention to moisturizing and sun protection after Pico Toning, so I am wondering which products I should avoid.
For example, should I take a break from products like exfoliants or retinol for a few days?
I would also like to know if I can wash my face or apply makeup on the day of the procedure. Since I heard that Pico Toning is often repeated, I would like to know in advance how to manage my skin to prevent my skin barrier from weakening with each treatment. Could I receive detailed guidance on these matters during the consultation?
