Which would be better: a laser to remove noticeable moles on the neck or a neck wrinkle management procedure?

I usually didn't pay much attention to it, but as the autumn season began, whenever I wore clothes that showed my neckline, a prominent mole on the front of my neck and some neck wrinkles kept catching my eye.
