I'm writing this because I'm wondering if even sensitive skin can receive Pico Toning...........
I have fair skin, but my cheeks turn red easily when irritated, and when I'm not feeling well, sometimes even just changing my cosmetics makes it feel stinging.
But ironically, I tend to get blemishes and pigmentation easily, so my cheekbones look really messy these days.
I became interested in Pico Toning because I heard it is widely used for pigmentation management, but I am worried that if I get it on sensitive skin, the redness might last a long time or the pigmentation might worsen.
I am wondering if I can adjust the intensity of Pico Toning, and if it is possible to start with a low intensity as a test.
Also, if my skin barrier is weak, would it be better to do soothing or moisturizing care first rather than getting laser treatment right away?
I would also like to know how detailed I should be about my skin sensitivity during the consultation.
