By any chance, is Pico Toning effective on red acne marks as well as melasma?

Hello. I am writing this inquiry after much deliberation because red and dark marks, resembling scars, remain unevenly in the spots where I used to have severe acne. Every time I look in the mirror, my skin texture looks messy and my complexion looks dull overall, so I am planning to take this opportunity to get proper laser treatment.
