Can I exercise right after getting laser hair removal? Haha.
I even made an appointment to get laser hair removal for the first time, but suddenly a question popped into my head haha. Since I usually exercise almost every day, I was wondering if it's okay to work out right after the treatment!!
I looked up reviews and some people say it's best to avoid heavy sweating on the day, while others say it didn't really matter, so I'm confused ㅠㅠ I also saw comments saying the skin might become temporarily sensitive :)
I heard that moisturizing is especially important after laser hair removal because the skin can get dry!! My skin is already on the sensitive side, so I'm 괜히 worried about it haha.
I’ve heard so many times that laser hair removal reduces the stress of shaving, so I have high expectations ^^ I really hated how my skin would break out after shaving every summer lol. So this time, I’ve decided to take proper care of it!!
Also, when reading laser hair removal reviews, people say that the hair gets thinner and easier to manage with each session, so I'm curious about that as well :) It seems like satisfaction increases if you receive treatments consistently, even if there isn't a big change during the first few sessions!!
