What kind of laser would be best for this type of skin?

Lately, my skin has felt generally dull, and my makeup doesn't seem to apply as well as it used to, so I've become interested in skincare. In particular, the tightness and dryness of my face worsen by the afternoon, so I've been trying various moisturizing products, but I don't see much of a change. I feel like there are limits to what I can do with just at-home care, so I am looking into getting professional skin treatments.
