I'm curious about the Pico Toning cycle and post-procedure care.
I am writing to inquire about the Pico Toning cycle and post-procedure care. I am considering getting Pico Toning because of pigmentation concerns, but I am more worried about my skin becoming more sensitive if I do not manage the post-procedure care properly than about the laser itself.
My skin is usually on the dry side, so if I don't moisturize immediately after washing my face, it feels very tight, and if I apply sunscreen carelessly, it feels like my blemishes get darker quickly.
I am wondering how often Pico Toning should typically be administered, and what kind of care is best to follow between cycles. I’ve heard that moisturizing and sunscreen are important after laser treatments, but should I take a break from products like exfoliants or retinol for a few days?
I would also like to know if it is possible to wash my face or apply makeup on the same day as the Pico Toning treatment. I am curious if soothing care is also available during multiple sessions to prevent the skin barrier from weakening. Since this is my first time, I would like to know the aftercare instructions in detail as well.
