Something keeps appearing on my neck.

Hello. I am considering removing blemishes from my neck because they seem to be increasing. I tend to take good care of my face, but at some point, I noticed brown spots and small, bumpy protrusions on my neck, which is really bothering me. They don't seem to be very noticeable from a distance, but they stand out whenever I tie my hair up or wear clothes that expose my neck, so it is stressing me out.

I looked it up online and found that there are various types, such as age spots, flat warts, skin tags, and hyperpigmentation, so I am not sure which one applies to me. I heard that even though they look similar on the surface, the causes and treatments differ; do I need to get a direct medical examination to know for sure?

There are various treatment options available, so I am wondering which method is right for me. There are many types, such as CO2 laser, IPL, Pico laser, and Erbium laser; I would like to consult with you to understand when each is used and which procedure is most suitable for my condition. I am also curious whether a single treatment is sufficient to significantly reduce the marks, or if I need to undergo multiple sessions.

I would also like to know the likelihood of scarring or hyperpigmentation after the procedure, as well as how long the recovery period takes. Since I work, it is also important to me whether it will interfere with my daily life. I would also like to know when I can wash my face or shower after the procedure, and receive guidance on aftercare methods, such as using sunscreen and regenerating creams.

I am also curious whether it can reappear even after removal, and what kind of daily care is good to do to reduce the risk of recurrence.목에 뭐가 자꾸 생겨요
