I have severe red acne marks on my cheeks. Which is better, V-Beam or Excel V?

After a bout of cystic acne swept through, I'm left with really deep redness and marks on my cheek, just like in the photo ㅠㅠ. Even applying a thick layer of foundation doesn't cover them completely, and when I look barefaced, it's totally blotchy and I hate how it looks lol. I heard that vascular lasers like V-Beam or Excel V are the surefire way to get rid of these red scars. If I get them done when the marks are as severe as mine, will my skin really turn completely white, like a peeled egg? I'm curious if they definitely fade after about 10 sessions, and I'm really worried about severe bruising or swelling after the procedure ㅠㅠ. To those of you who have successfully gotten rid of red acne scars, please leave some real, vivid advice on which lasers you mainly received at the dermatology clinic lol.
