My pores are super wide, like an orange peel. Will getting Potenza make them shrink a bit? lol

Every time I look in the mirror, my pores around my nose and cheeks are all puffy and look exactly like an orange peel, just like in my photo, and it's so stressful ㅠㅠ. When I apply makeup, foundation gets stuck in those holes, making me look incredibly messy haha. I heard that no matter how much pore-tightening product I use, the only solution for already enlarged pores is laser treatment at a dermatology clinic, so I'm seriously looking into Potenza! Since it involves needle radiofrequency, I heard the pain is so intense it makes you cry. If I apply a generous amount of numbing cream, will even a scaredy-cat like me be able to endure it? ㅠㅠ Also, I'm really curious if skin with large pores like mine actually gets noticeably tighter after receiving it haha. I want to grit my teeth and get back to having smooth, peeled skin, so Potenza veterans, please leave me some tips ㅠㅠ
