I have a lot of small red scars; will my complexion clear up if I get a vascular laser? lol

I have a bad habit of picking at my tiny pimples with my hands, so I have tons of red scars on my cheeks and chin, just like in my photo ㅠㅠ It's such a hassle to cover them up one by one with concealer, and my skin looks so messy when I'm barefaced, so I'm under a lot of stress haha. I heard that a vascular laser, which selectively targets only redness, is the best for getting rid of red marks. If I sign up for a package of about 5 sessions, will I really be able to get my skin back to being white and clear? I'm so worried about getting bruises or severe swelling after the procedure that I can't bring myself to pay right away ㅠㅠ To those of you who have successfully gotten rid of red acne scars, please leave me lots of real, candid advice on what kind of laser treatment you received at the dermatology clinic ㅠㅠ
