My pores are stretched out vertically; will the needle radiofrequency laser work? lol

Every time I look in the mirror, my pores on my cheeks and the sides of my nose are all puffy and stretched out vertically just like in my photo. They look exactly like an orange peel, and I hate how I look ㅠㅠ Now that the weather is getting warmer, when I wear makeup, foundation gets all clumped up in those holes, making me look much messier than my bare face haha. I don't think pore-tightening cosmetics are working anymore, so I'm seriously looking into needle radiofrequency lasers specifically designed for pore reduction! I heard the pain is hell because it involves pricking with needles while applying radiofrequency heat; would even a scaredy-cat like me be able to endure it if I apply a generous amount of numbing cream? ㅠㅠ Also, I'm really curious if skin that already has large enlarged pores like mine actually gets noticeably tighter after receiving this treatment haha. If I can endure the pain and get skin as smooth as a peeled egg, I'll sign up right away, so please, veterans of pore lasers, leave me some tips ㅠㅠ
