Is Pico Toning effective even for dull skin tones?
I am writing to inquire because I am wondering if Pico Toning is effective for dull or uneven skin tones. Lately, when I look in the mirror, my entire face looks duller and lifeless than before, and the skin texture around my nose and cheeks isn't smooth, so even when I apply makeup, it doesn't look neat.
I noticed areas around my cheeks that look like faint blemishes, and my skin tone seems to look darker in the afternoon, so I started looking into Pico Toning. I am wondering if the effects of Pico Toning focus primarily on managing blemishes and pigmentation, or if I can also expect it to help make my overall skin tone look more even.
I want to know if I can see a difference in my skin tone after just one Pico Toning session, or if I need multiple sessions for gradual changes. My skin is dry and tends to redden easily; is it possible to receive Pico Toning with adjusted intensity even for this type of skin? Please let me know!
